RSEC develops CPO through two complementary sourcing channels: production-linked supply from leased or contract-operated mills, and market procurement from qualified mills, suppliers and recognised channels such as KPBN, subject to availability and commercial eligibility.

Both channels converge under one controlled programme covering quality acceptance, segregation, dedicated storage and nomination before CPO moves to either domestic refinery supply or the marine export chain.
