After storage and transfer planning are aligned, CPO can be pumped into the nominated liquid-cargo vessel through the selected jetty or loading berth under terminal operating procedures.

For investor presentation purposes, this page shows the commercial logic clearly: RSEC can reserve or contract the storage and terminal interface, then coordinate vessel-side loading through third-party liquid-bulk infrastructure. It does not claim ownership of the berth, tank farm or export terminal.
