From dedicated storage
to the marine loading point.

Once a cargo is scheduled for dispatch, CPO can move from dedicated leased or contract-controlled storage through liquid-bulk terminal pipelines to the designated jetty, berth or marine loading manifold.

This is where storage control turns into export execution. Line cleanliness, valve and pump sequence, compatibility of the receiving vessel, opening and closing quantities, and documented transfer discipline all matter before the cargo leaves the tank farm and enters the marine leg.

TRANSFER CHAINTank farm to jettyPipeline routing links reserved storage capacity with the selected loading berth.
PUMPINGControlled rate and pressureTerminal operating procedures govern transfer and protect cargo integrity.
DOCUMENTATIONOpening / closing quantitiesTank and transfer records support commercial reconciliation and documented operating discipline.
INFRASTRUCTURE MODELThird-party terminal interfaceRSEC can use contracted terminal systems without implying ownership of the export facility.
