STEP 06 · CPO STORAGE
06CPO MAIN FLOW · CPO Storage
While exporting or during mill-side production,
RSEC rents dedicated storage.
CPO movement is not always immediate from mill to vessel. To keep the chain commercial, clean and shipment-ready, RSEC may secure dedicated storage capacity through leased or contract-controlled third-party tanks near producing zones, transfer points or export gateways.
This storage layer supports segregation by grade and lot, shipment timing, stock visibility, inspection access and controlled release into refinery or export logistics. The commercial point is straightforward: RSEC controls the cargo flow through dedicated capacity without misrepresenting third-party tank farms as company-owned infrastructure.
LOCATIONNear production or gatewayStorage can be positioned near mills, ports or intermediate logistics nodes.
CONTROLDedicated leased capacityReserved tanks help protect segregation, cleanliness and dispatch planning.
QUALITYSampling & tank inspectionCommercial specifications remain subject to contract, COA and receiving acceptance.
MODELThird-party infrastructureRSEC rents or contracts suitable storage; it does not imply ownership of the tank farm.

STEP 06 — Dedicated CPO storage with segregated tanks, terminal pipelines and controlled nomination before export or domestic refinery release.
