PT Indo Mulia Karya (IMK) supports RSEC with agreed origin-side operational and execution scopes in Indonesia. The role is practical: coordinate people, records, receiving, production follow-up, quality routines and local execution so the commercial plan can be carried through at source.
For palm operations, IMK may support FFB intake, weighbridge records, mill-side coordination, routine sampling and day-to-day QC follow-up. Independent certification remains with the appointed surveyor whenever the transaction requires a neutral third-party certificate.
