RSEC can source Palm Kernel Shell from long-term leased or contract-operated palm mills as well as from independent crushing mills across producing regions. Shell recovered during mill processing becomes the first feedstock for the PKS aggregation programme.

Material from multiple approved mill sources is identified by origin and moved toward RSEC-controlled or contracted collection yards, where it can be accumulated into commercially meaningful lots.
