From wharf to vessel hold.

At the export interface, PKS is transferred from the nominated yard or terminal into the vessel using the loading system appropriate to the facility, including grabs, hoppers, conveyors or other contracted bulk-handling equipment.

Quantity reconciliation, survey requirements, cargo documentation and vessel readiness are completed according to the agreed transaction. RSEC coordinates the commercial chain while terminal and vessel operations remain with qualified operators.
